The criteria set by the Soil Association is stringent, and any item bearing its logo is guaranteed to meet their strict and rigorous accreditation requirements. The Soil Association makes sure that all items are produced in accordance with their animal and environmental standards, many of which, especially where animal welfare and pesticide use is concerned, exceed the government’s minimum requirements.

Carlos Agassi, who has a very good physique, won third place in the 3K category. He’s been running since his “Hunks” days. He was able to maintain his amazing body and high fitness level because he’s been running 5K to 10K with his brother on most days of the week. If there’s a conflict in his schedule, they would run even at 10 p.m. He also does his daily 45-minute weight training routine and basketball every other day.
These celebrities truly inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle.
Gretchen Barretto, for one, wants to train again soon despite her busy schedule. She plans to start by walking and jogging inside her village either early morning or late in the evening.
